I personally use such mat; I also have an acupressure foot mat, which is nothing more than a smaller version of a regular mat. So what can I say? The mat is very helpful in quick back pain relief; I work at the office where I have to sit in front of my PC throughout the day, so you can imagine how my back aches at the end of the day. Of course, I exercise regularly (I especially fond of yoga), but sometimes you simple need a quick remedy to bring some relief to your sore back. And here this mat comes very handy. I’d definitely recommend using it on the daily basis or whenever you experience the back pain, or other ailments, not even necessarily associated with your back. As I mentioned in the beginning of the article, there are many conditions the acupressure mat can help with; for example, my sleep has improved greatly since I started using the mat; the same goes to my digestion.
