Home Remedies For Shoulder Pain Relief

Basically you can have two types of these remedies: those that give relatively instant relief, and those that can get you prospectively free from the shoulder pain. First of all let’s see a faster solution. So you will need to get some amount of rice, a long tube like sock, and a microwave or freezer.

Fill the sock with rice, and tie off its end; then place the sock into a microwave oven for a minute at a time to make it warm. In case you need a cold one, put the sock in to a freezer. After you finished, put it on the affected area to relieve muscle pain. You can also use it to relieve back pain by putting the sock behind your back. Do it as many times as you need.

Why rice? It seems to hold heat better then water, and since it doesn’t leak, you have easier choices of containers. You can go even further with this solution by adding some dried herbs to achieve a nice scent.

OK, this was a quick solution among shoulder pain remedies; let’s see what you can do to prevent future shoulder and neck pain.

First of all, try to keep a good posture – this is essential not only for your back and shoulders, but for the whole body as it affects the spine which is connected with all the internal organs though nervous system.

Then you need to provide enough rest for your back and shoulders, and what is even more important – to balance this rest with progressive physical training. This training should not necessarily be complicated; just some basic but regular exercises aimed at strengthening your back and shoulders as well, as other parts of your body will be good enough.

Use applicator or a kind of stuff that is able to provide some mild massage for your back. Some people advise to use beer bottle lids/covers. Take them, boil and let them dry. Then put them on the floor with the internal side up, and lie on them carefully. This will stimulate the capillary circulation and treat many back pain types.
